I’ll tell ya.
I’ve been wearing heels for 15 years now, and it gave me foot deLiterally.
As a girl who went through the 2010s wearing the highest and most excruciating heels just for fashion.
Made me feel like crap.
…was back in 2018 when I brought many heels with me to New York City with the idea I would be like Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City hopping around the town with my heels on.
But instead, I got hit with the reality that I couldn’t and my heels were actually hurting so bad. Ever had your heels hurt so bad you just have to hold on to something like (hold up, wait a min)?
Listen, what I was doing wasn’t sustainable and I just wanted to crack the code to feeling comfortable in heels.
And now, at 32 years old, I can tell you that I wear heels with ease more than in my twenties.
It feels amazing to be able to say that.
I don’t compromise fashion for comfort and vice versa, and I still wear my favorite comfy heels.
I figured some things out on my 15-year high heel journey, and I want to share them with you.
Frankly, it makes me sad that women believe that they will never be able to wear heels because they are just not programmed that way.
What I firmly believe (and yes, I’ve got the science to back it up) is that wearing heels without pain comes down to two things:
Knowing what works for your body (spoiler alert: it’s different for everyone)
Being able to develop healthy high heel habits and stick to them
The shoe industry has over-complicated and even hidden these two facts from you.
And I’m here to blow the lid off these secrets and help you develop a custom plan that works.
Wearing heels without pain didn’t happen for me overnight, but over the years, I’ve developed some major shortcuts that can help you fast-track mastering the high heel.
